Purchased this because it says it fits 18-24 months, however, it's SUPER small. Not sure if it was washed and shrunk a ton but definitely does not fit an 18 month old. My daughter was 14 months and a little on the chunky side but I could barely get a leg in there so I would say this fits more on the 12 months unless your child is on the skinnier side.
