Beautiful Dress by Petite Hailey, Size 7. White, long sleeve Dress with a full ombré colored tutu skirt part. There's a couple very faint and small spots on right shoulder and a snag I tulle, but none of these are extremely prominent or noticeable when worn. Otherwise in VGUC!! My daughter loved this dress and received many compliments on it ❤️
