I’d say it runs a little big. It fit my daughter fine and she was about 3 1/2 when she wore it and she’s average size. Compared to other shirts though, I think it looks a little bigger.

This outfit is gorgeous!!! Rosette skirt has 3 attached roses and black velvet ribbon. Matching shirt is super soft fabric with ruffle embellishment. Originally $175 for both. The outfit no longer has tags. My daughter wore it for about an hour for church on Christmas. Reduced price bc it's now been worn. #holiday
