Patriotic/ nautical rag banner in an array of red white and blue Stars and Stripes too! This was handmade by me for my children's birthday party. I used it as a bunting on there high chairs as well as for decoration at their party. I have 2 of these, so if you have twins... this is perfect. This one is more feminine than the other but can totally be used for either gender. This is great to use as decoration for a patriotic holiday like the Fourth of July or Memorial Day. This was made out of rope and an array of ribbons and fabric.
