This was a custom dress I had made for my daughter by Moon Face Crew ( instagram) we Designed it to try to look like the little mermaid sparkly dress when she emerges from the ocean but my daughter thought it looked more like Elsa and was obsessed either way haha . Gorgeous baby blue . It has a high-low skirt made of sheer layers there's a small pull and a small little tear at hem of dress see picture . Cowl/ scoop neck , lace tie in back , snap buttons up back . The chest of the dress is my favorite it's silver sequins patterns under a sheer layer and so sparkly gorgeous ! I paid well over 100 for this dress I forget the exact price .
