Description

Worn twice. Only listing as VGUC due to a very small stain in the back of the dress (top right, refer to 3rd pic). Bloomers & Headscarf never worn. We have 2 of this dress made but keeping the one with the royal blue combo(last pic). Measurements:
Dress length center front to bottom of skirt is 17"
P to P laid flat measures 14.5"
Adjustable shoulder ties. This could easily fit a 4T IMO. Of course twirl factor is amazeballs. 😊
