Description

Original owner. Washed in cold, hung to dry. There is a small pen mark on front of dress. I'm pretty sure someone more proficient at getting stains out may be able to get it out. I believe she only wore for a short period of time. Absolutely adorable dress!! Would make a great Dorothy dress for Halloween!
