Description

Amazing vintage jumper dress! It's made out of a green, soft velvet-feel cotton/poly blend with embroidered flowers on the bib. Straps unbutton, but only have one button so aren't adjustable as-is (button could be added). Is new with tags & marked a vintage size 7. The waist measures 13” across & can stretch up to 14.5” (elastic still stretches, but is not as strong as it used to be). The skirt measures 21” in length & the whole jumper is 26” from top of straps to hem.
