  Hi Claudia, smgrodorna thank you for all the work you put into all these groups. You said it right, your kids do need the lost of you to adjust on this new path in their life and so do you. I can only imagine how difficult it could be at times at a need place, no known friends or family and I'm sure different culture. I send you a big, strong hug and I hope you have all the strength needed to support your family. Please do not forget you do also need time for yourself!
