This is a vintage tassel. Tags cut out. Not a knock off, been hoarding for far far too long. Pre-dates the mass of Chinese copies and the memory lane. This does have some holes and little issues as shown (please see all photos). It should fit like a 116 / 122. My daughter just doesn't like the pattern 😒 it is very htf.
