This is gorgeous and dress that can be worn two ways. It has hot air balloon print apron that can easily be removed to change up the look. The flutter ruffles on the straps, sash, colors, and details are absolutely lovely. The dress would be listed in EUC, but it has some scuffing/scratches to the buttons on the back. This dress is from the Paint By Numbers Fall 2013 Collection. We also have this in a size 12 months.
