These are adorable chambray ruffles that go with just about everything. They are in great condition except the elastic in the waist seems to have lost its stretch. If you are good with sewing perhaps it could be replaced? As is, laid flat the waist measures 10 1/2” and has no stretch. These pants are from the Paint By Numbers Fall 2013 Collection.
