Cute, cute, cute! This is such a fun twirl skirt, especially if you love dogs! The colors are lovely and the little wiener dog print is adorable. It has big pockets and a wide stretchy waistband. The skirt is trimmed with green rickrack. This is in VGUC with slight signs of wash and wear, including just a tad of fade. It is from the It's A Wonderful Parade Spring 2014 Collection. We also have this in a size 18 months.
