GUC to be safe because we wore a few times but no flaws! Mild wash wear. Size 3-4 and run true but note that they're meant to run fitted/short! Could likely work for 2-3 but they'd be more oversized unless your babe is in diapers! These are from Hawaiian small shop Little Chiefs of Hawaii, handmade with a custom rainbow patch! These were limited edition so this color isn't available anymore! Called The Original Chillin' Shorts!
