Handmade by me! I made this for my then 12 month old who was very petite, and she has since worn it at age 3 as well. Previously as a dress with bloomers, later as a top with bubble shorts. The fabric is an off-white background with a gorgeous autumn woodland themed print with leaves, mushrooms, pheasants, fruit & quail. The lining fabric is a pale blue lightweight seersucker. Snaps at shoulders which hide under sweet vintage buttons. I am definitely not a professional seamstress, but this is a functional piece made with love. ♥ #nrhandmade
