Handmade floral skirt. Beautiful bright impressionist floral design. Lining has tulle around hem. Elastic waist. Measures out to about a size 8, see measurement photos for best fit. VGUC: no rips, holes or stains. Some maker flaws; un trimmed spot on seam, and one part of hem is turned under, both pictured. Besides that, this has no flaws.
