Genuine Kids Osh Kosh mustard lace dress with navy blue velvet detail. An all time fav piece of mine. Had purchased for my then 7 year old to wear as a tunic as it didn't come in her size . I think this runs small! If you want a dress fit then it's best for 4t in my opinion.
