Colorful floral print. Red and white small check pockets on sides. Red and white ruffly shoulders. 5 white tassels near front chest area. Keyhole back with 1 dark pink button (see photo). No tags attached. Thinking this was handmade. 21 1/2” total length - 11” pit to pit - 1 1/2” top shoulder seam - 2 1/4” shoulder ruffles. Looks like a size 3 or 4. Classic. Wouldn't find this at your local department store!
