Size 24 month dress and bloomers from Artisan NY. Offwhite gauzy/crepe kind of material with navy embroidery and trim. Dress is lined and very flowy. Very boho looking. Bloomers have ruffles.

This dress was only worn twice but has tiny spots all over that were there when we bought it brand new. I have seen similar spots on other dresses of this material and I have no idea what they're from but they're there 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm listing as GUC because of that
