NWT, this is a beautiful blouse with a black scoop neck, and middle bust area having a cinched piece that allows a little vertical ruffle down center of blouse. Colors are a deep red, black, cream, and gold tone circles pattern. Would make a great Holiday blouse, or just a great everyday, casual, or dressy blouse. Many style options to choose from with wearing this piece. It is sized as a Small, but this line runs big imo, and I have several pieces from this line which all seem bigger than actual sizing.
