The BEST Halloween costume ever - Dorothy from Wizard of Oz. My daughter was a smidge over 2 wearing this, but she is a bit smaller. Couple snags on the back but in descent shape otherwise. Dress would fit best 18-24 avg size. Shoes tagged as 5, but fit closer to 6. Squeakers still work great 😂 loved on, but still glittery ❤
