Custom-made Lacey Lane-like fairy dress with white trim. Length from shoulder to hem 21” but can be worn shorter or longer since you can adjust the straps. It ties in the back through a loop and it has 3 belt loops. Fits 3T even 4T in my opinion. Elastic back stretches up to 12".
Poly-Cotton Blend Fabric (has subtle sheen to it).
