VERY CUTE homemade padded pink costume for Halloween! Slips on overhead. Top ring attached only on one side to help get shoulders and arms through.
Lower liner has a little fraying on bottom. Straps worn over shoulders beneath cupcake body rings, and are length adjustable with safety pins.
