A festive row of mini-gingham pennants lines the front waist, and below it on the skirt is quite the party spread: an elaborately decorated four-tiered cake, a teapot and teacup, cupcakes and assorted other treats. Tiny pompoms give the treats a three-dimensional appeal. Finished with scalloped trim at the neckline and waist, and a double helping of it around the hem.
