Black long sleeve peplum shirt with gold sparkle center band & a black nylon ruffled tutu-ish bottom that creates a fun flare. It has a tiny bit of metallic sparkle on the tutu flare that isn't too striking or loud, barely distinct**the sparkle does NOT shed or come off on you, it's part of the fabric***

No holes or stains & the wash wear is minimum. I say it runs short & on the smaller side so tag says 3T, I say a shorter size 3 or a 2T. My 3 year old is as big as a 5 year old & it was becoming too short for her but fit throughout the shoulders.
