This cozy sweatshirt dress is a fav and so cute on. From Hallmark Baby and labeled a 18-24 month, but runs very generously. We wore last year oversized in 2T and again this season in 3T. Such a cute dress. We wore with rust tights and got so many compliments. VGUC for a tiny blue dot I noticed on the shoulder. Otherwise in Excellent shape!
