When I got these the elastic waistband that was sewn in was seriously a size 0 to 3 on a toddler size pair of bloomers! So in order for these to fit my toddler I had to cut the waistband out. So the waist bands are removed. The fabric is so soft and stretchy that they still stay on without the original elastic. The floral fabric is not as stretchy as the striped one. Anyways they are much better without the elastic. They are in excellent condition except for the elastic waist band cut off☺️
